CRM Executive

As our CRM Executive, you will be central to developing and delivering CRM initiatives across the Group brands and global territories. The role will require you to have had end-to-end involvement with campaign planning through to implementation and analysis.

Key responsibilities  

  • Responsibility for the delivery of email and SMS campaigns across the Groups four brands and territories. 
  • Able to build campaign filters and create segments within our ESP to ensure that campaign's are targeted to the right audience. 
  • Set clear objectives for campaigns, forecast impact , analyse performance and make recommendations for test and learn opportunities. 
  • Manage a pipeline of activity to agreed deadlines with support from the CRM team.
  • Carry thorough, detailed technical QA (audience and data, creative and link tracking and rendering - litmus) and able to document QA for sign off. 
  • Manage deployment schedule and communicate campaign live dates to the team.
  • Manage the sin off process across departments (Marketing, Compliance and Legal). 
  • Identify, source and integrate the required data to ensure campaigns are highly targeted and personalised. 
  • Able to create compelling customer focused creative and copy briefs for the in-house design team and/or our creative agency with clear requirements and outputs.  
  • Co - manage continual test and lean plans across brands and channels.
  • Continually refine content, subject lines and offers according to lessons gathered from on-going analysis. 
  • Able to make HTML amends and adjustments to the campaign/program set up within our ESP. 
  • Comfortable with campaign metrics/reporting and able to use analytical tools (ESG/GA) to complete weekly ROI reporting. 
  • Knowledge share and cross-pollinate learnings s across with the winder Marketing/Product team and share best in  class practices.  

Essential Skills  

  • Previous experience within a CRM role in an FS/Retail environment.
  • Recent hands on experience of campaign deployment using a top ESP (Responsys, Salesforce MArketing Cloud, Siverpop)
  • An understanding of HTML and email marketing.
  • Experience in setting up multi-stage CRM programs for all life cycle stages. 
  • An analytical, proactive and flexible approach.
  • The ability to work under own initiative and thrive in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Quality, accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, effectively and appropriately with colleagues, suppliers and others at all levels. 
  • Able to effectively prioritise workload
  • Commercially minded and comfortable with working towards set KPI's.
  • A can do attitude with a proactive approach to problem solving.
