Brands and Communications Manager

We are looking for a passionate, creative and well organised Brands and Communications manager to join our busy Digital Marketing team. 

This role comes with a number of responsibilities and a fantastic opportunity to grow and build global awareness for Quint's multiple brands and products. The successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing Director to help deliver the Groups growth and awareness strategy. 

This role has multi brand responsibiliies so organisational skills are essential. 
 

Key Skills and responsibilities  

  • Extremely well organised, creative and passionate.
  • Strong relationship building skills: ability to engage and maintain current external & internal relationships and to create new ones which are commercially better for the Group.
  • Day to day management of organic Social Media posts and content including: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram.
  • Coordination of B2B marketing including CRM comms, PR, Social Media, (LinkedIn) an event management.
  • Day to day management of research, PR, and creative agencies (including freelancers) 
  • Attention to detail ensuring consistency of brand image (look, feel and tone.)
  • Support the Product team on updating and maintaining Quint's websites.
  • Responsible for the Groups  internal Communications, building on and improving employee engagement and recognition. 

Experience

  • 3+ years' experience in e-commerce.
  • Experience in at least 2 of the required work streams (Social Media, PR, Creative, Agency Management) 
  • Experience of Trello/Monday or other work stream management tools.
  • Delivered presentations to departments and senior managements.
